Product Description

1. Main structure and working process:
The line consists of tube making machine(side seamer), tube storehouse, head injection and capping machine etc parts.

At first, the aluminum-plastic laminate (web) is installed in the reel unwinding plate of air bearing on the left side of the tube making machine (side seamer), which is unwinded by the drive roller. The laminate is moved by the drive roller through the storing box, guiding system(rectifier), spare side cutting system, transition wheel and be shaped into the tube. The shaped tube is welded by high frequency, cut by the cutter in the designed length, become to the tube body. The tube bodies come into the storehouse automatically, then every time two tube bodies come into the head injection by tube supply structure, in other words, every time two tube bodies come to the head injection unit to finish head injection. Head injection has the turntable structure with double heads (10 positions), the following are the functions:

Position 1: Insert two tubes into the upper mould which can turn 90°
Position 2: Head injection structure releases the melted plastic rings into the lower mould.
Position 3: The upper mould turns 90° To press the lower mould
Position 4 5 6: The mould keep pressing and be cooled
Position 7: The lower mould turns, the upper mould rises up
Position 8: The mould turns 90° Again
Position 9: Products unloading by the finger
Position 10: Be use for testing if the products unloaded

The precision turning plate and roller gear cam index unit guarantee the smooth turning and exact position. Controlling part adopts PLC control and touch operation panel can set the parameter. Trouble warning and display the catalogue of the trouble.

Remarks:
1. Under the normal operation, the guarantee time of the machine is one year.
2. During the guarantee period, the parts those are become useless because of the wear and tear can be replaced or repaired by NCA freely. The broken parts because of human improper operation and the easy-broken-parts are not belonging to guarantee range.
3. The seller can send persons (engineers) to buyer's factory for installation & running-test of the machine freely, but the buyer should pay for the engineers' transportation tickets, food & hotel cost during the engineers stay in the buyer's place.
