1. Main information and using range
This standard stipulate the basic requirement of classify, the tech requirements, measure method, and packing, transportation and stock.
2. Classify
According to the diameter of the tube's opening
1)Diameter 15mm, capacity 310ml.
2)Diameter 20mm, capacity 310ml

3. Tech requirements:
3.1 Material
Adopt to aluminum A00, attached with material list.
3.2 Appearance inner wall
3.2. 1 The appearance is even, no scratch
3.2. 2 The inner wall is light, no scratch
Size standard of the product
The product produced according to the drawing, see the attached drawing.
Clean process
Through clean process, the tube is clean, no greasy dirt, the water cleaned, no acid liquor
Printing
We use import 6 color offset printing machine, can print on the tube surface directly, high precision, good color, high adhesive, product speed is high.
4. Aluminum tube measure method:
Adopt to sample inspection method(follow the rate of 1/1000, and rule as follow)
4.1 Measure the bottom of the tube
Use 0-25mm micrometer to measure the thickness of the film 0.23± 0.02mm, it's design standard.
4.2 The outer diameter off the tube
Use 0-300mm height gauge, the height of the cylinder is 215± 0.5mm, it's design standard(not include the cap height)
4.3 Measure the inner size of the tube
Put the 25-50mm micrometer into the tube, the standard size is 46.25-0.05mm.
4.4 Put the micrometer into the tube, measure the tube's diameter, it's standard diameter 46.25-0.05mm
Use 0-150mm digital caliper, measure the size is 51.2± 2mm.
4.5 The wall's thickness
Use 0-25mm micrometer, the thickness is 0.32± 0.03mm.
4.6 Measure the screw
Use thread gauge, screw pitch is 1.5mm, use micrometer, size is M20, it is m20x1.5m.
4.7 Measure the inner diameter of the cap
Use 0-150mm micrometer, the inner cap diameter is 12.4± 0.1mm, it is standard.
4.8 Cap height: 0
Use 0-300mm height gauge, the height of the cap and cylinder is 224± 0.5mm, 224± 0.5mm-cylinder height 215± 0.5mm, the rest 9± 0.2mm is the standard of cap height.
4.9 The standard of the bottom thickness
Use 0-150mm digital caliper, the thickness is standard 0.58± 0.02mm
4.10 Measure the quality of the tube:
Oxidation cleaned, color print, dry it, then go to the normal temperature, put the cylinder on the scale, the weight is 33± 0.5g. It's standard size
5. The measure method of the tube's component
5.1The aluminum cap's material
The raw material is aluminum A00, the thickness is 0.27± 0.01mm, the best value is 0.04mm, use the appropriate tool can open the aluminum cap.
5.2 Measure the cap's inner diameter.
Put the cap 0-150mm on the micrometer, the inner diameter is 45.9± 0.05mm, it's standard design.
5.3 The outer diameter of the cap
0-150mm digital caliper, the outer diameter is 54.6± 0.05mm, it's standard size.
5.4 Measure the inner diameter
0-150mm digital caliper, the inner diameter is 45± 0.2mm, it's standard size.
5.5 The height of the aluminum cap
0-150mm digital caliper, the total height of the cap is 4± 0.05. It's standard size.

Measure the cap lining
0-150mm digital caliper, the height of the lining of the cap is 2± 0.05mm, it's standard size.
5.7 Measure the cap's weight
Put the sealant on the cap, after dry, put it on the scale, the standard weight is 2.06± 0.01.
